Davie Hobson says he's been traveling for the roundup for over twenty years, and during that time, not much has changed. "I'll tell you one thing, I can tell we are getting older doing this," laughs Hobson. He says while he enjoys the exhibits like "The Peacemaker" and seeing all the bikes, for him, the event is really about reuniting with family. "This is the only place we really get to see our friends from year to year from California, from Boston, we all meet here and just have a good time and enjoy each other's company," said Hobson. That's the case for most bikers who travel from all across the United States to attend the roundup each year. Organizers are expecting another thirty thousand people to join the event this weekend, and they are already making plans for next year.
